How to cancel Wix app subscription

Canceling a Wix app subscription is essential when you're no longer using the app or if it doesn't meet your business needs.

Note: Only specific roles, such as site owners, have the authority to cancel app subscriptions. If you do not see the option to cancel a subscription, you may lack the necessary permissions. Refer to our guide on roles and permissions for further information.

To cancel an app subscription:

1. Navigate to "Subscriptions" in your Wix account.
2. Click on the "More Actions" icon next to the relevant app.
3. Select "Cancel App."
4. Choose "Cancel auto renew" and click "Submit."
